Mr Rakesh Tripathi, a spokesperson from the state of Uttar Pradesh, India inaugurated the programme. Mr Reyadh S Ali Al-Edrissi, the deputy Chief Executive Officer, NIG holding company was the guest of honour. Ms Abir Tamim Abdullah, Consular, Embassy of Syria in Kuwait was also present.
